the pentagon and the u.s. military have spoken out in recent days saying they want to keep u.s. military here just to train the afghans. they've been working with the afghan military for years, trying to increase their capabilities to bring peace to this country and they say that they need more training and that they need more u.s. troops here as mentors and to help them basically learn to take on this fight entirely by themselves. the pentagon itself released a report yesterday saying that they were putting forward several options to the white house as to how the war here is ing, but also how they would recommend moving forward. they did not include zero option, and that would mean no u.s. troops here. the u.s. military are really pushing to stay here in a training capacity but whether or not the obama administration will go for that, they're not sure yet. they are still considering zero option as a potential at the end of 2014. >> we'll have to see what happens, certainly, in the coming moments. jane, thank you. now, some of marli's opposition candidates are refusing to accept
